Purchase of goods:
Once you have selected the items you want and placed them in the cart, please fill out your personal information. Please note that this is not the final confirmation. You will receive your final order confirmation once the payment is approved.
Payment:
We currently accept only credit cards and Paypal payments. We do not accept money orders, personal cheques or direct bank transfers. All prices are listed in euro.
Security & Privacy:
The safety of your information is really important for us. Any personal information given will be protected and will not be disclosed to any third parties. We may use your contact information to contact you direct regarding promotions, events or sales. If you wish to not be contacted in this way simply email us via the contact us section of the website.
Bonsergent Studio will secure your personal information with up to date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. Added online security to protect your information from unauthorized use is provided by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that it is kept secure while being transferred via the internet. At Bonsergent Studio, your personal information is 100% confidential.
Delivery:
All orders are shipped with la Poste/UPS (Depending on the country of destination) and requires a signature upon delivery. They are also fully traceable.
Fast service is important to us, we try to ship all parcels within 2-3 workdays. If the delay is caused by courier services or customs Bonsergent Studio can’t be held responsible.
-France (3-5 working days). 7€ + 3€ for every additional item
-Europe (from 5 to 10 working days). 15€ + 3€ for every additional item
-USA, Canada & Everywhere else (7 to 14 working days). 25€ + 8€ for every additional item
Please be aware that every country has different custom laws. International orders may incur charges upon delivery. All of these charges are responsibility of the receiver.
Returns:
Send an email to bonjour@bonsergent-studio.com within 48 hours of receiving your garment. Pease state your order number, style, and size, and the reason for your return. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when received with tags on and must be returned via trackable delivery.
When we accept the return, a refund or exchange will be issued. Bonsergent-Studio does not refund costs for shipment in case of return. Returns and exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days from the date of receipt.
If the package and/or contents is damaged when you receive it, please report it to the courier service and Bonsergent Studio on the same day. Bonsergent Studio is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care to minimize the risk of cargo damage.
E-gift card:
Gift cards are a special product that recipients can use as payment for orders from our online store. Every purchased gift card has a unique code. When you purchase a gift card, you can email the code to your recipient or yourself.
When redeeming a gift card code at checkout, you will see the card value subtracted from your order total. You can also see the balance remaining on the gift card.
Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Refunding a gift card issues a full refund. It isn't possible to partially refund a gift card.
Sale:
Goods marked as sale products can not be returned.
